Mathematical puzzles and logic tasks in a fun way. The game develops understanding of relational symbols and logical thinking. number game
Type: digital logic and math game
Target group: elementary school students, junior high school students
Recommended age group: 6+
Playing time: 5–10 minutes / round
Operating logic
The goal of the game is for the player to correctly select the mathematical symbol (e.g. <, >, =) that fits between two numbers and drag it to the correct place.
The game displays two numbers: one on the left and one on the right. The player must place the correct relational symbol in the middle space. The symbols (options) are displayed on a separate tray, from where they can be moved using a drag & drop mechanism.
If the player chooses the right sign and inserts it correctly, they receive positive feedback (text, sound, animation). If they make a mistake, the game warns them and gives them the opportunity to try again – but does not penalize them.
The “Reset” button restarts the round and new signals are used, so practicing will never be boring.
What does Math Puzzle develop?
This game is great for reinforcing early math concepts :
- Number concept and magnitude relationships : The player must decide which number is bigger/smaller.
- Interpretation of mathematical symbols : Practicing equality, greater than and less than relations.
- Logical thinking : Decision-making develops deductive thinking.
- Fine motor skills : Pulling and precise placement require motor control.
- Digital competence : Managing the game strengthens visual interaction skills.
Is the game free?
Yes, the game is free to play and offers different number combinations for each new round. The premium version may include multiple difficulty levels and more complex mathematical relations (e.g. multiplication, division or multi-factor comparison).
